How do I choose my size, and where is the size chart?
The size chart helps you find your size. Many pieces have a unique design, so also check the lengths and measurements given in the product description.

How to measure
Use a tailor’s tape measure, wearing as little as possible or nothing at all.
Bust — wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust under the arms, then lower your arms.
Waist — keeping the tape close to the body, measure your natural waist at the navel without pulling your stomach in.
Hips — wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips.

Does the chart differ between pieces or collections?
Our size chart is the same for every piece and collection. As many pieces have a unique design, some sizes may differ from the standard — the product description will say so.
Can I try a piece on before buying?
Yes, at our showroom in Kharkiv: 37 Svobody St.

Do you make pieces to individual measurements?
Yes, the pieces on the site can be made to your measurements. We pay close attention to every client’s size: a true fit flatters you more than anything else.
Fabrics and care
What fabrics do you use, and where do you source them?
For limited editions and the premium line we source fabrics from Italian and French deadstock. For the main line we work with Ukrainian mills and Turkish suppliers.
How should I care for my piece?
Care depends on the fabric: leather, tencel, pleated chiffon, mesh, silk, wool, faux leather, patent. See the Care section on each product page.
Ordering and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online:

- Visa, Mastercard and PrivatBank cards
In the store:
- cash
- bank transfer to our business account
After paying online you will receive an email with all the order and delivery details.
Please note: cards issued abroad may be charged a double currency conversion at your bank’s rates.
We do not ship cash on delivery: orders are sent only once fully paid.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, at our showroom in Kharkiv: 37 Svobody St.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We handle every such case individually — please write to us.
Delivery and packaging
How long does delivery take, and how much does it cost?
We ship across Ukraine and worldwide with Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta; times and costs follow the carrier’s rates.
How do I track my order?
Once the order ships you will receive a tracking number.
You can collect it at a branch or a parcel locker, or have it delivered by courier.
What does the packaging look like? Is it suitable for a gift?
Packaging depends on the size of the order: a clear garment bag or our branded kraft box.
We love giving gifts, so the packaging is just right. If you would like something special, mention it in your order and we will take care of it.
Returns and exchanges
What are the terms for returns and exchanges?
Returns follow Articles 8–10 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
How soon will I get my money back?
Within 7–10 business days.
